Within 15 minutes we had identified the most likely cause(s) of the problem started working on fixing it. A week later and I am pain free and setting new records with no issues Overall the experience was very positive. I recently worked with Connor on some pretty bad hip pain I had been experiencing. Connor was thorough in his assessment and was great at explaining things as we worked through the problem together. After our first appointment I was already able to tolerate some weight in both squats and deadlifts with dramatically reduced pain. After another catch up appointment and a few more adjustments to the rehab process the progress I experienced was fantastic. Connor was very knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic when it came to addressing the problem and thanks to him I am back to powerlifting pain free. I can’t recommend him enough!
I had a session with Connor today after having suffered with excruciating back pain for 4 days. Connor’s manner was superb - compassionate, understanding and made me feel at ease. He was able to assess my physical challenges quickly and immediately helped the problem with deep tissue massage. I was then talked through the underlying problems in a way that made me fully understand. He also walked me through exercises to continue working on at home with steps to extend this as well. I was able to walk out with vastly improved mobility and hugely reduced pain. Highly recommend his service.
Mere weeks before my first marathon I injured my foot following a long run. During our first session Connor was quickly able to pin-point the cause of my discomfort and how it could be prevented going forward. In this first session he was also able to work on the muscles to help relive some of the pain and provided me with exercises to complete, also setting out a recommended training program to follow until our next session. By the following session I had already felt the improvements in my foot and Connors reassessment of it confirmed this. I was able to complete my marathon the week following this session - something that may not have been possible without Connors help.
